Most recently, when we had a loss of hot water, Tony attended within a few hours, checked the HWS and advised that there had been problems with off peak power in our area and that we should ‘wait and see’. Next day, everything was OK. Someone less reputable may have recommended a new HWS. I highly recommend this business.
