From the outset Dan, from A&A Hot Water Plumbing and Electrical, explained, in easy to understand detail, the cost and procedure for the installation of a new Heat Pump Hot Water System. We were happy with the quote, having had 3 comparable quotes. The team who installed the unit were polite and keen to make sure that we were happy with how they intended to proceed. Throughout the job they kept us well informed about how it was progressing and when power and water would be cut. We are extremely happy with the final outcome and can already see the cost benefits from installing the Heat Pump unit.
